In today’s episode, it is shown that the doctors are working hard to save Anupama. On the other side, Anuj is running away and going to Kanha ji’s temple. He is very upset and questions God that why bad things happen to good people only. Why is Kanha ji doing this with him, he has introduced him to Aadhya and is keeping him away from Anu, he cannot live without Anu, if he is calling Anu to him then he should call her also to him, he cannot live without Anupama, in the hospital Sagar is also praying in front of Ganesh Bhagwan to save Anupama’s life, he is very sad because Anupama is his mother now, and he wants to take her away from him too, Meenu comes there and tries to give courage to Sagar.

At home Bala tells everyone about Anupama’s condition that Anupama has only 15 minutes left, if she doesn’t get well in the next 15 minutes then we might lose her. Kinjal is crying for Anupama. Leela is praying to god at home. At the temple Anuj does aarti for Anupama. Doctors are worried as Anupama is not responding. Aadhya is very upset Hasmukh is also crying for Anupama, Meenu consoles Hasmukh and asks him not to worry as nothing bad will happen to Anupama. She will be fine.
The doctors are trying their best to save Anupama. But then Anupama takes her last breath and Anuj also falls unconscious while performing aarti in the temple. Anupama and Anuj remember their past together and wish that they could die together. Then the doctor comes out and tells everyone that Anupama has died. Hasmukh, Sagar, Paritosh, Titu and Aadhya all start crying.
Anupama’s spirit talks to Anuj. Anuj insists that Anupama cannot leave him as they are meant to live together. Anupama tells Anuj to think about Aadhya as well but Anuj says that Aadhya needs her mother. Anupama tells that her time has come and asks Anuj to live for Aadhya. Anuj argues that Aadhya will not be able to live without her mother, Anupama says that Aadhya has to learn how to live without a mother. She encourages Anuj to take care of Aadhya
Anuj pleads with Anupama not to leave them, especially since Aadhya has forgiven him. He further says that Aadhya’s future will be ruined without Anupama, who will plan her marriage without him. Anuj promises that he will not trouble her anymore. But Anupama says that he has to leave. Anuj tells Anupama that if something happens to her, he will also end his life. Anupama asks Anuj to take care of himself.
They both look at their Radha Krishna locket and Anuj cries calling Anupama. Then some people come and wake Anuj up, then Anuj regains consciousness and runs back towards the hospital and today’s sad episode ends there.

Precap : Precap: Anuj comes back from the temple and Aadhya tells Anuj that Anupama is gone. Anuj doesn’t believe it and he takes her in the name of Kanha ji and asks her to come back and gives her the name of his love. When Anupama starts responding, the doctors are shocked and call it a miracle.
